About Us:
The Goal of the Cascadian Assembly is to increase public awareness for political, economic, and environmental problems in the Pacific Northwest. We believe in gathering public support to foster a sense of unity among our region. We choose to stand up for Cascadia's ideals of equality and freedom for all against global threats to democracy. The Cascadian Assembly will have regular meetings where we discuss the threats our bioregion faces and create a unified front against these issues. We will also host events for the purpose of public advocacy.
The Cascadian Assembly is strongly anti-fascist. We stand against the un-Constitutional takeover of the U.S. Federal government. There is no place for racism or any form of discrimination in Cascadia. We promote the diversity of the movement and we strongly oppose those who discriminate against others based on race, gender, sexuality, or religion. Multi-cultural values are what make the Pacific Northwest great!
